the room was really small , but the breakfast was incredible with so many items to choose from. also, the lounge had cozy vibes for hanging out and playing games. location is perfect for exploring the city.

I picked this hotel for its electric charger, but the one in the garage was unusable, as the charging app wasn't available for foreigners. I felt quite neglected when the staff couldn't resolve this issue, which ruined my entire stay since I couldn't charge my car. To make things worse, the room was freezing cold with an air conditioner blowing directly onto the bed, and I was unable to turn it off or open the window.

I had a great stay for two nights. The location is perfect, right at the main station. The breakfast offered a fabulous variety, and I really enjoyed the quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating 😊

My room wasn't large but comfortable enough, with decent amenities like a Nespresso maker that I appreciated. The breakfast at Egon offered a nice variety, though some hot items ran out quickly and needed to be asked for. Another thing that threw me off was the lack of clarity in locating the hotel entrance. I missed it the first time because it’s just inside the shopping mall. Room cleanliness could be better. I was surprised to find the bed sheets weren’t replaced during my entire stay. That said, the lobby had a nice ambiance and offered complimentary coffee, perfect for cold mornings. Staff were generally helpful but could be more attentive during busy times. My overall experience was good, with notable pros and a few cons to consider.

The Superior Twin Room was quite spacious, especially on the 6th floor with a nice view. The beds were fantastic and super comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The room did show a bit of age, but overall it felt cozy. The fold-out sofa for the third person was a bit small, probably best for a kid.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar area. The staff was helpful with my late check-in, making my stay easy and enjoyable. I’m coming back for Easter!
